Honestly, it’s quite amusing, sounds like a kid on the phone but what they’re offering is website design, SEO and stuff like that. I just had a talk with them and honestly, they’re just trying to snag some work. Loads of people who buy domains aren’t really sure what they’re doing and probably could use their help. That said, if you choose to go with them, don’t pay anything until the job’s finished and it’s the price you agreed on. I’m not using them myself since I know my way around websites, but maybe they could help you get sorted out.

No! Don’t go blaming your domain provider, the issue is you haven’t gotten or set up whois protection. If you head over to who.is and type in your domain, you’ll see your address and phone number there. With whois protection, you can keep all that stuff private.

Honestly, you could do the basic stuff they promise yourself. Getting your website ranking high takes a lot more effort - like optimising the site, updating content frequently, building links, and properly marketing it. These so-called services usually have no interest in doing any of that for you.
