My home phone stopped letting me make any outgoing calls. When I got in touch with my provider, they said I’d called this particular number at 4.14pm on 2nd June 2015 and got hit with a £48 fee, which is why they blocked my outbound calls. Thing is, I absolutely never dialled that number.

I noticed a charge of £13.49 for calling this number on 27/01/15, but I’m sure I didn’t make that call. Is it possible to get billed if they called you and you didn’t even pick up?

This number is totally unknown to me, I’ve never called it. Can someone please explain who they are? Somehow they’ve taken £20 from my account.

On the 3rd of September, there was supposedly a call lasting just under 20 minutes on my phone. I've been charged over £50 plus VAT for it, which seems completely out of the blue. I never spend that long on any call, ever. Spent more than an hour trying to figure it out with my mobile provider, and while doing so, £61 was already deducted from my account without me knowing why. Absolutely baffled by this whole thing.
