Received a rather shocking Sky bill amounting to a whopping £191, can you believe it? We've been inundated with these calls from what's listed as GFT Investment at the most ludicrous hours, usually while we're hard at work and everyone at home is dead to the world. Had a chat with our lad who’s just 13, and he outright refutes having dialled some saucy hotline at 3 in the morning! We're baffled, to say the least. How on earth is this occurring, and what steps can we take to put an end to it? Plus, we're keen on getting a refund if possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
