Got a call from 09707226228 with a recorded message claiming Amazon is going to charge me £79.99. I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime, so this seems dodgy to me.

Had a call from someone claiming to be Jess from Amazon about my “subscription renewal.” I cheekily asked if she actually felt proud of what she was doing, and then the line just went dead. Typical scam stuff from India, I reckon.

I picked up the phone but no one spoke on the other end, felt like some sort of scam trying to get me to ring back on a pay-per-call number. Definitely dodgy in my opinion.

didn’t pick up cause it was a premium rate number, no voicemail left either. probably just another dodgy scam call.

Just got a call from 09707 226 228 but didn't answer. Numbers that start with 09 are usually pretty expensive. I’d advise against ringing them back coz it might end up costing you like £3 to £5. Better to be safe than sorry!

Had a missed call from an unknown area code at about 8:22 this morning. I don’t recognise the number, so I’m thinking it’s probably one of those scam or sales calls. If it really was important, they’d ring me again anyway.

Got a call from some number I didn't recognise, but there was no voicemail or anything. If it were something urgent, I'd expect them to leave a message, right?
