A weird number just called me, and I ended up not answering since I had no clue who it was.

This isn't some kind of scam or spam at all. Whenever someone you know uses Globe roaming to call, the number you see is actually their roaming number showing up. So, it's just the phone displaying the roaming ID every time they ring.

This number shows up when someone's calling you from abroad, but Globe displays it instead of their actual number. I've gotten calls like this quite a few times from different people. I actually saw a previous chat mentioning the same number, so I tried to call back. It's pretty frustrating that Globe does this. It usually happens when foreigners ring you with their international number while they’re in the Philippines, or even when they're back in their own country.

So this number rang me up around half past midnight here in Manila, which was kind of odd since it’s a local number. Honestly, next time they do that, I reckon someone should teach them a lesson by burning a bit of their pubic hair with a match or something - maybe then they’ll learn to have some respect.
