At 13:06, I got a call from 09136661000, which lasted just 7 seconds and cost me £2.36. Then right after at 13:07, another call from 09136661001 popped up, 2 seconds this time, same charge. I never dialled these numbers! After speaking to my network, turns out it might be some dodgy advert on an app I have. But they still say it’s my responsibility to pay since they reckon I made the calls. I’m fuming about this scammy tactic - firms like these just take the mick, ripping people off constantly. Can’t stand it.

I'm not sure who it was either, but I always avoid picking up when a random number shows up on my phone. And reading about someone getting charged £2.50 just makes me more certain I’ll never answer calls like that again.

No clue who this is but somehow they've added a £2.50 charge to my bill, even tho I've got it set up so I can't spend over my limit. Just 6 seconds and they charge me £2.50? Total rip off!
