Called my mobile but didn’t bother to leave a message. Curious, really.

Booked my theory test ages ago but still no word back, tried calling them a few times as well.

I had trouble with this number as well! On 6th Dec 2013, they charged me £49.50 for a theory test, saying they'd email me confirmation about the date, time and location within 6 to 10 working days. But I never got any confirmation at all. I've emailed them a few times but no reply. I even called 09131308378! Does anyone know what I should do now?
