Got a call about signing up for a work-from-home job, costing £2.50 a minute plus whatever my network charges. The bloke kept asking me the same questions I’d already put online, but he spoke so bloody slow, like he was totally off his rocker. After dragging it out for about 7 minutes just to get my basic address and phone number, the call suddenly dropped. When I rang back, they told me to do the whole thing again. Nope, thanks - not interested at all!

At the very bottom, in tiny writing, it says "Calls charged at £1.50 per minute" - this has scam written all over it. No genuine recruiter would ever ask for that. It also mentions Heart Communications, which just adds to the suspicion.
