I've just received my TalkTalk bill, and lo and behold, there’s a charge for a call from a number I definitely didn't dial - it shows a duration of 00:14:36 and a whopping £17.19! How on earth am I being billed for a call that I never initiated? This seems utterly ludicrous! Any advice on how to contest this erroneous charge would be greatly appreciated!
