I found myself on hold for a whole 11 minutes and 40 seconds, and in the end, I didn’t get to chat with a soul! To make matters worse, I ended up being billed £18.05! What a complete rip-off!

I came across this number linked to eDreams and their rather dubious character, Robin b******. After I secured my ticket, I was hit with an unexpected £49 booking fee at the end of the transaction. Naturally, I rang them up to voice my concerns, but after a lengthy 26 minutes of utter nonsense on the line, I discovered that my phone bill had shot up to £47.55! How on earth can these blokes like Robin b****** continue to pull this sort of thing? It seems far too many people are getting stung by this nonsense!

Absolutely appalling experience with eDream! I can't see myself ever using their services again following this debacle. I've gone as far as to alert everyone in my massive email list-over 2000 people-all warning them to steer clear of eDream. I even shared my phone bill with each of them to highlight the outrageous charges from their customer support line at 09116992020. It’s honestly nothing short of a scam...
