It's crazy how some phone companies still bill you for calls you never actually made. I just found out I've been charged for a bunch of calls I didn't place at all. Feels like a right rip-off. You'd think this kind of thing wouldn't happen in 2024, but here we are. Makes you really question who to trust with your phone service.

Someone called us from this number and now we're being billed for it, but we never made any calls to it.

I've been getting calls about a 100 quid charge on my account, but I haven't made any calls from this number. I'm with BT by the way. Tried telling them to just cut off the line to sort it, but no one's really doing anything to help us here.
