Me daughter was after some assistance getting a loan sorted and didn’t clock that the firm she rang us from our home was a premium rate line. Ended up racking up a £43 charge on our phone bill which is a right pain since we’re skint. Tried ringing Sky to sort it but they said they couldn’t do nowt about it. No clue where to turn now, feels like we’re stuck with the cost. Daughter’s broke too so can’t cover it. These companies are proper scam artists.

My lad got a call about some loan offer, and they had him chatting for like 13 minutes. Ended up costing us £40! Proper cheeky if you ask me.

I received a call from a credit broker, supposedly from their processing team. They mentioned a rate of £3 per minute, and I’ve heard that the total could reach up to £42. Quite a hefty charge if you ask me!
