9 yearsThis number is purely a con, avoid it at all costs. They won’t give your money back, no matter what. Don’t bother calling them.9 yearsI noticed a weird number on my phone bill and got charged £38 for it. Does anyone know how to prevent these charges from happening? Cheers!9 yearsI got a call from Blue Letter’s "loan processing" team (their site’s http://www.blueletter.co.uk/). They tell you the call costs 50p a minute on top of your mobile network’s fees. They also mention you can claim those charges back through their website - here’s the link: http://www.blueletter.co.uk/Home/Refunds. But honestly, I’m not convinced it’s legit. Feels like they’ll do everything they can to dodge giving you a refund.
