Got hit with charges of 31.25 and 6.25 for absolutely no reason, total scam.

So I just saw a 36 quid charge on my bill from the 15th of March. I got in touch with Sky 'cause apparently I called them? I asked for the name and address or something but still waiting to get a reply. What confuses me is, wouldn’t Sky know exactly who’s meant to get that money? Feels like they might be conning me too or something.

I got charged £48 on my phone for calling this number and it costs £2.40 per minute if you use a landline. Definitely a scam or some sort of spam!

I got a message saying I'd been approved for a little loan, but then they told me to call the number they gave. Honestly, it felt like a proper dodgy scam. Really bad experience.
