I’m baffled cos I supposedly rang this number but I’m 100% sure I didn’t. I suffer from bad anxiety so I’d never risk calling a number like that, especially with extra fees. I tried sorting a refund but no luck so far. EE says this is happening all across the UK. Proper confusing!

I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of the number O9110300020. I've just had a shocking experience where they took £50 from me for a mere 15 seconds of a call. It's baffling how this number managed to reach my phone in the first place. Stay safe and be cautious!

Apparently I called them back-to-back twice and now I've been scammed out of £96. I know for a fact I didn't ring them twice. This is a joke, I want my money refunded.

So, it seems I apparently made calls to this number back in Christmas Eve 2022, and somehow I’ve been charged £8.32 for two calls. Honestly, I have no clue who this person is or why I would have called them.
