Nou, het is inmiddels al enige tijd dat we te maken hebben met torenhoge telefoonkosten door dit zogenaamde servicenummer. Het wordt hoog tijd dat ik uitzoek waar deze kosten precies vandaan komen. Ik heb al een klacht ingediend bij de ConsuWijzer en morgen neem ik de telefoon ter hand om Opta te benaderen. Als het nodig is, schakel ik ook de Consumentenbond of Radar in. Tijd om actie te ondernemen!
