Like many others, I gave Fiona a call to check my voicemail. However, I had not received any missed calls or voicemail notifications from my telephone company! What's worse, they charged me £6 for the service without giving me any prior notice. How thoughtful of them!

I discovered that Fiona works for a marketing and lead generation company. Unfortunately, this company seems to have a reputation for being associated with spammers, scammers, and people of ill repute.

I went ahead and reported the incident to TPS, blocked Fiona's number, and deleted all records related to her. What a shame that there are individuals or companies out there engaging in such unethical practices.
