A caller claimed to represent my internet provider. When I inquired, “Which provider are you referring to?” she stated BT. I then pointed out that I don’t actually have BT, which is the case. She promptly ended the call. It’s the same old routine - clearly just another scam attempt.

This morning at around 8:10, I received a call from this number. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying who it is. I'm feeling quite frustrated as I'm currently looking after my mum, who is sadly battling cancer, and I've had barely two hours of rest. Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you! - Amy 😡
