When we tried to return the call, it turned out that the number is no longer in service. We reached out to O2 for assistance, but they were of no help whatsoever, claiming they couldn't remove the charge since it was linked to our SIM card. It feels rather unfair, as it seems we've been caught out for something we didn't even do!
