They kept me on the phone, pretending to help while asking loads of questions, but it felt like they were just trying to rack up my phone charges. In the end, I was hit with a bill of £39.50! Now I have to get in touch with my phone provider to try and get the charges reversed. This number is definitely a scam, and I’m shocked that Google ranks this above the real Citizens Advice contact.
