I got a call from a debt collector named Grimshaw Stewart and Macavoy based in Birmingham. When I answered, they charged me, so watch out, these lot are proper con artists! Definitely steer clear.

O2 messed up big time with my info too, seriously not looking after our data properly. This has got to be against the data protection act 1998, right? We definitely have grounds to take legal action against them. I'm actually trying to gather enough evidence to make a solid case and bring it to court.

Sounds like it's probably Cheshire West And Chester Council, not some dodgy scam or a spam call. Maybe you rang them before and just can't recall?

This number rang me and when I answered, within just 5 seconds I got charged £1.67. I tried contacting O2 about it, but they either couldn't or wouldn’t provide any info about who owns the number or give me a refund. Quite frustrating!
