We're in the same boat, and we got charged a whopping £12 for the ring. What on earth is going on with this number? It’s utterly baffling!

Absolutely the same situation for us! We're based in East London and have also found ourselves billed for these calls. It's high time Sky addressed this issue and offered customers a refund.
