Can’t quite recall who this was, but it rings a bell. E VAN online insurance, if I’m not mistaken. Our son’s been trying to adjust her policy, but it appears these folks are strictly an online outfit. After five attempts over two weeks, we’ve ended up out of pocket to the tune of £48.68. Safe to say we shan't be engaging with them again!

I've just had a look at our latest phone bill and blimey, a brief call of just one minute and fifty seconds to eVan set us back £4.41! That's pretty much a quid a second! To top it off, tracking down this business online was a right hassle, and getting through to them on the phone was no picnic either. Thankfully, we only ended up listening to a recorded message before deciding to hang up. My advice? Steer clear of this number!
