A mysterious call came through from something called the "unclaimed prize register." They listed their address as PO Box 107, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire HR9 9YP. Just so you know, calls to them are charged at £1.50 per minute, and the whole ordeal lasts around six minutes! They assure you that you’ve won a prize and encourage you to ring them for your claim. Honestly, don’t squander your cash on this - it’s probably a scam!

Those con artists won’t be pulling any tricks on me.

Don’t fall for the tricks of con artists. Stay alert!

I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of our prize!

We've also received a correspondence marked as FINAL REMINDER. It’s baffling how these individuals are permitted to behave in such a manner. Our allocation code happens to be 603498, and it seems we receive these annoying notifications at least twice annually. Honestly, this is going straight into the bin; utter rubbish!

Hi there! We recently received an email claiming that we’ve NABBED A PRIZE. Interestingly, our allocation number is 603498-rings a bell, doesn’t it? The message clearly indicates that we’ve been chosen for something special. Perhaps I ought to encourage others who’ve received similar notifications to step forward and compare their numbers. It seems that apart from one, all the prizes have multiple allocations. I’m curious-has anyone else actually won something?

It's rather strange, isn't it? Each claimant ought to have their own unique allocation number, yet it appears that everyone has been issued the same 603498 number. That's quite the blunder on their part, if you ask me!

I received an email earlier today featuring the allocation code 603498. It’s definitely a scam! Something really needs to be done about this.

I've received countless letters stating that there's an unclaimed prize waiting for us. They urge me to call 09066659888.

We've got the same allocation code as well! 603498 seems a bit dodgy; I'd be on my guard if I were you!

Today, I received a rather dubious letter marked as a final alert, originating from Po Box 107, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 9YP. It claimed that I had won a prize, which I could supposedly retrieve by either calling a premium rate number at 1.50 a minute or sending a response via post. It’s quite clear to me that this is nothing more than a scam. When you truly win something, there's no need to fork out for overpriced calls or worry about additional costs for shipping and insurance. It's disheartening how these individuals exploit people’s excitement for their own gain.

To whom it may concern, it appears that our previous correspondence may not have reached you. We initially sent our first letter, but it seems there’s been a hiccup, as we haven’t seen a response. We’d like to resend it for your attention. Thank you!

It seems that those codes are assigned based on the type of prize rather than being unique to each individual participant. So, in a scenario where there are, say, ten widgets available, everyone who enters will actually end up with the same code. Or something akin to that, anyway. I sent off a postal order for fifteen quid more than a week ago and haven’t seen a thing in return. Then, just today, we received another letter urging us to send another payment. Honestly, it feels like there’s a mug born every minute!

We've recently received a letter that claims to be a final notification from a PO Box in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 9YP. It alleges that we've come into possession of a prize waiting to be redeemed. The letter offers the option to either call the number 090659859 at a rate of £1.50 per minute or send a claim via post. We can clearly see through this ruse, as genuine winnings don’t typically entail shelling out for costly calls in order to claim them. It's evident that these con artists aim to trap people into unnecessary phone charges and hidden fees for so-called delivery or insurance.

Earlier today, we received an almost identical piece of correspondence featuring the code 603498 allocation. It leaves us baffled how these individuals managed to acquire our address, considering we haven't participated in any surveys or provided our information for any reason whatsoever. Quite perplexing, don't you think?

We've received a letter from this lot, but I don't have a clue who they are. Should we give them a bell or just leave it be?

Earlier today, we received a rather suspicious email. Apparently, this lot claims to require a payment of £6.50 for insurance and delivery fees, but we’ve heard that this should come at no cost if you’ve actually won something! We’re quite sceptical about the whole affair and doubt the authenticity of it all. It definitely doesn’t seem above board!

We've just received an email asking if anyone has tried to get in touch with them. Have you made any calls?

I can’t believe it! Clearly, this was a dodgy operation from the get-go. They haven’t even mentioned what survey I supposedly participated in, and where’s the signed letter to back it up? It’s apparent these folks are raking it in, nearly a hundred quid for just ten calls made! Enough is enough! Don’t let those enticing figures fool you or you’ll end up regretting it! Oh, and by the way, our claim number was 603498. Incredible, isn’t it?

I’d like to urge everyone to exercise caution with certain individuals. If you happen to spot their hideouts, why not report it to the appropriate authorities? The right folks can ensure these individuals face the consequences they deserve-because if left unchecked, they can spread like a computer virus, multiplying at an alarming rate. Even with a swift response, it could lead to problematic situations. We’re keen to keep the conversation going and would love to hear back from you. Kind regards. H/H

I just received an email claiming I've won something between £25,000 and £100. Do these con artists honestly think that no one has caught on to their dodgy schemes yet? It's quite baffling that this kind of nonsense isn't deemed illegal!
