I've just been hit with a phone bill of nearly £50, purportedly for some services-could be texts or calls-that I didn't even request or receive! The company in question is Oxygen8 Comms UK Limited. Is there any way to get in touch with them to recover my money, or am I left with no option but to report this to the police? I've spoken to O2, and they've brushed me off, claiming it's not their issue and there's nothing they can do. This is so frustrating!
