I've just noticed a couple of charges on my phone bill related to number 09064001986 - one was for seven seconds and the other for nine, costing £11.65 and £14.95, respectively. Does anyone know who these people might be? I've also got two other numbers connected to different firms that turned out to be scams, racking up a total of £72 over four calls. It's really frustrating!

I've received the invoice, which lists four premium numbers. I was instructed to send the bill to a free address. Would you be so kind as to provide me with that address? The amounts are £20.48 and £16.60 linked to numbers 09064001986 and 09064001800 from the 20th of December, as well as the same amounts on numbers 0906400193 and 09064001999 from the 22nd of December. I can't believe you didn't mention that there would be a £25.00 fee for just a 15-minute call, which I ended up having to make twice! On top of that, my phone provider has thrown VAT into the mix as well. This is thoroughly disappointing and completely unreasonable!
