It seems that all you Loan Brokers are nothing but fraudsters, preying on those in need. You lure them into false hopes of securing a loan, only to hit them with fees for it. Sooner or later, the Financial Conduct Authority will surely bring you lot to justice.

This company clearly acknowledges that the call rates were nothing short of THEFT, which explains why they seem to regurgitate the same lengthy statements over and over again. (Just look at how many others have created platforms like this one to voice their grievances!) So here’s a thought: if you insist that you cover the call costs, then why impose those charges in the first instance?

It turns out this was a lending company that told our son it would cost him 5p per minute. He ended up chatting to them for a quarter of an hour, and the total for that single call came to just shy of £25.00. Quite a surprise, really!

I'd suggest not picking up when this number rings. I got caught out once and ended up with a huge charge on my phone bill for every minute I was on the line. It ended up costing me way more than I expected after that dodgy call.
