I'm writing to express my concerns regarding this company. We made a call that we believed was to a complimentary number, particularly as we used a landline that doesn't incur any charges for 0845 numbers. Imagine our surprise when the telephone bill arrived, showing an extra £40 charge! Upon further investigation, I found out we were actually billed £38 for a 0906 number. I'm rather dissatisfied with this service, to say the least!
