First off, you have to ring two 0906 numbers to get through to their agents. They claim there are no upfront fees, but I found that to be a right swindle since you end up calling those two different 0906 lines, which can set you back £1.50 a minute on a landline or even more if you're on a pay-monthly mobile (are you following me?). Don’t expect to be hit with any upfront fees beyond that. Once you hear a 'no' about a loan, you’ll find yourself out of pocket by around £56 just in call charges. They reckon you can reclaim this money, so we'll see how that goes.

Received a call claiming they had a package to drop off and instructed me to ring this number to reschedule the delivery. I never got a call back, yet they still managed to take £25 from me. Absolute fraud!
