I find myself baffled as we've never created this ring, yet here I am, faced with a charge of £24.90. The ring supposedly came into existence on 30th March 2010 at 17:07:10 and supposedly lasted a paltry 15 minutes and 2 seconds. This situation is utterly unacceptable!
