Once again, we've received a call from a private number. We're being informed that there's been an upgrade to our claim and that calling their helpline won't cost us a penny. This only started occurring since Tuesday, right after we tried to apply for a credit card (Vanquest) in Kent. It's quite clear that these scammers need to be put in their place. If they're eager for my business, why are they expecting me to dial an expensive premium number?

We've received yet another call from a personal number. It seems we're being informed that our claim has been 'upgraded' and they’re urging us to ring their helpline, which, they say, won’t cost us anything. This all started shortly after we tried to apply for a credit card with Vanquest, based in Kent. It's astonishing how these scams are on the rise. If they’re so eager to engage with us for business, why must we be subjected to these exorbitant call charges? It really needs to be put to an end!
