We're left with no choice but to ring this number due to ongoing issues with our Tiscali/Talk speak service. It's a bit of a rip-off, really-we're paying more than £12 and the responses we've received have been muddled at best, not to mention the language barrier with the operator overseas. The whole experience has been rather shoddy. They eventually managed to change our password, but it took far longer than it should have; they could’ve sorted it out in a jiffy after verifying our security details. Just a word of caution about this so-called "service!"

This is definitely the number to have on hand when everything else goes kaput with Lineone, Tiscali, or TalkTalk. When you’re facing an issue with your email or internet connection, it’s the only way to reach out for help when all other avenues seem to be blocked.
