As a retiree who's currently on the mend after a stroke, I recently took a gander at my Sky bill, typically sitting around £65. Imagine my shock when I discovered it had ballooned to a staggering £111! Among the charges were two peculiar numbers associated with my account. Sky informed me that one call lasted 15 minutes while the other was 10 minutes, both racked up within a mere half-hour period. The numbers in question were 09061997826 and 09061931239. I can assure you, I certainly did not make those calls! Sky has insisted that I’m liable for these charges. It feels as though Murdoch has discovered yet another sneaky method of eavesdropping!

My sibling rang this number and it appeared on my phone statement, charging me an eye-watering £25.42 for just 15 minutes! What an outrageous scam! I’m determined to investigate this further and uncover how they can possibly justify such a ridiculous fee!
