Avoid these scammers like the plague! I foolishly rang them, thinking I might sort out the issue, especially since they claim at the start of the conversation that charges will be refunded. I've already sent my bills over twice. If this continues, I’ll have no choice but to take them to small claims court. Predatory loan company, indeed!
