I received a call from a loan company instructing me to dial this number regarding a loan. They mentioned that my phone charges would be reimbursed, but when I asked for the full address to send my bill or any evidence to follow up with the firm, I was left hanging.

Back on the 3rd of February in 2011, I called this number, 09061910877, which turns out to be a loan company. We ended up calling them twice, and the bill we received for those calls was a shocking £50! It's rather frustrating since we didn’t receive any loan at all. It seems they held us on the line for two lengthy conversations of about fifteen minutes each. I’ve learned that it’s actually a premium-rate number charging £1.50 per minute. How on earth can we go about reclaiming our money?
