What’s the process for reclaiming your funds without having to make a phone call? Our latest bill has skyrocketed to £50, and I'm quite at a loss here!

My daughter recently received a demand for £120 from this fraudulent number, and Sky has insisted that she settle the bill, leaving her to fend for herself in recouping the funds. It’s absolutely shocking how unhelpful they’ve been! One would expect them to look into this matter and refund their clients, much like banks do in similar situations. I’m planning to reach out to the Communications Ombudsman about this nonsense.
