Received a letter from ECRED24c stating that we've won a prize. To claim it, they ask us to ring the provided number or send a letter with two First Class stamps. Has anyone else heard of this? Who on earth are these people?

Hi KK, cheers for getting back to us! We’ve conveniently overlooked that letter and to be honest, we’ve never really bothered with the online survey they keep banging on about. Might be worth a go for you too!
