They offered a similar option via text (just send ARROW61 to 88810). Interestingly, the letter mentioned that I could also respond in writing. Out of sheer curiosity, I once sent a letter in response to an earlier prize notification. They actually sent me a claim number, which I duly filled out and returned, but then? Absolutely nothing-until yet another letter landed on my doormat, just like the original one. Still no prize!
