9 yearsGot a letter saying I'd won a prize, so I called the number - £1.50 a minute and it only took about 6 minutes, so ended up paying around £9 plus my phone company’s fee! They’ve got a similar thing with texts (you send ARROW61 to 88810). They did mention you could write instead, so for a laugh I sent a letter to an old one they’d sent me before. They replied with a claim number, which I sent back on the form, but I never heard anything after that. Then, out of the blue, another letter arrived just like the first. Still no prize!
