The details are a bit unsettling: the first call was at 1.40 for 2 minutes, racking up a charge of £5.06; the second at 1.43 for just a minute cost £3.38; the third at 3.38 also for a minute, again £3.38; and then an astonishing 29-minute call at 1.50 that set me back a jaw-dropping £50.56. Despite my protests, Talktalk insists these calls were indeed made and they’re refusing to issue a refund.
