I've just received my phone bill and noticed that there are two calls to this number that I certainly didn't place, each costing £1.63. Do you reckon it's time to consider changing my provider?

On the 22nd of June 2015, I opened my monthly phone statement only to find an unexpected charge of £16.86 linked to a number I certainly did not dial, namely 09059152131. This alleged call took place on Tuesday, the 19th of May 2015, at precisely 11:06. At that hour, I was definitely not at home; hence, I can only surmise that my phone number may well have been compromised.

I certainly didn’t dial this number; it appears someone might have tampered with my phone and ended up billing me £33.
