This number is from Ideal World. It pops up on your TV screen when you wanna order stuff, and it says it costs 20p a minute plus some "company fees", so they aren't ringing you, you’re the one calling them. I saw this number on my bill dated 12th Aug with a charge of £3.20. I looked through my calls and realised it was me calling Ideal World to place an order. The longer you stay on, the more it costs obviously. I’d suggest just ordering online to dodge these charges.
