I've spotted three entries on our statement, each amounting to £1.875, but there's no timestamp noted. We haven’t even dialled that number, yet somehow we've still been billed.

This number showed up on my Three phone bill, and I’m certain I never dialed it. Didn’t even recognise it at first. Then suddenly I get hit with a £44 fee for it. I rang Three customer service, but they were pretty useless - just told me since it came from my SIM, I must've placed the call, no room for argument. Has anyone else had this issue and actually got it sorted?

I spoke to 3 network's customer service and found out that this number is linked to a voice changer service charging £1.50 a minute, which ended up costing me over £108 plus VAT. Turns out, while my son was playing a game, it somehow triggered automatic calls without us knowing.

While messing about with a game called "Hardest Game Ever" on my phone, this number suddenly started ringing on its own. It caught me off guard, so I ended up deleting the app just to be safe. I think I heard a message from the speaker saying something like "calls to this number have been restricted," which worried me a bit. The moment I caught on, I quickly pressed the "end" button to stop it. Fingers crossed I don't get any unexpected charges.
