I must concur with the previous commenter. It's utterly absurd-I'm being asked for nearly £14 for a mere six seconds of nonsense that we could easily obtain without charge. This practice really ought to be banned!

We forked out £18.25 for a whole eleven minutes and spent most of that time listening to a tedious pre-recorded message, just waiting for them to present some options. The message didn't mention any call rate higher than £1.50 per minute, which is rather misleading. In the end, we didn’t receive any valuable information whatsoever. I strongly recommend that this number be removed from the site immediately to protect other unsuspecting callers from being duped.
