On the 24th of March 2018, I was billed £2.62 for an 18-second call that I never actually placed. Quite frustrating!

I saw this number on my phone statement, but I am pretty sure I never dialled it.

On Sunday 23rd April 2017, I got three calls and BT slapped me with £2.62 for two of them and £2.69 for another, all marked as reverse charge calls. I didn’t realise these were reverse charges and never got a chance to say yes or no to taking them. Tried sorting it with BT, but they’re refusing to refund me. I had call protect on, yet it didn’t stop these calls coming through. Honestly, I have no clue who was calling or what it was about.
