On the 23rd of April 2017, I had the misfortune of receiving three phone calls, and BT has hit me with a bill of £2.62 for two of them and £2.69 for the other, all categorised as reverse charge calls. I was completely oblivious to the fact that these calls were on a reverse charge basis, and I wasn’t even given the courtesy of an option to accept or refuse them. To add insult to injury, BT is refusing to refund these charges. Despite having call protect set up, it clearly wasn’t adequate to filter out these pesky calls. I’m left scratching my head, utterly clueless about who was ringing me or what their intentions were!
