I’m certain I didn’t make this call, and no one else in my household uses my phone, so it must’ve been some kind of scam or spam call that I somehow got charged for. It’s really frustrating paying for something I didn’t do. So, I got in touch with PlusNet, my ISP, and after a lengthy conversation with one of their tech guys, they agreed to refund the cost of that call.
