scam alert! never pick up or return their calls. they’re some shady outfit who run a dodgy phone service that rips you off with crazy high fees. my grandma, who’s 86, ended up getting hit with a £90 bill from them - absolutely awful. honestly, these kind of companies should be banned altogether.
