I've noticed that there have been three calls logged from my phone that I definitely didn’t initiate. It’s rather suspicious and feels like a scam to me.

I can't for the life of me recollect dialling this number, yet it appears on my statement with a charge nearing £50 for just a handful of minutes. And just to clarify, I'm neither a drinker nor on any drugs, so I doubt I would find myself in a state where I'd forget such an encounter!
