Hello there, I recently noticed a charge of over £23 for six calls made to a particular number in the wee hours, between just before midnight and shortly after. I definitely didn’t make those calls! Thankfully, the folks at Three have kindly consented to refund that amount on my next bill.

I received a call on my office landline from this number while I was out enjoying a round of golf. Since I had call divert set up to my mobile, Virgin Business informed me that reverse charge calls get accepted automatically-what a shock! To my dismay, I ended up being billed £25.58, despite the fact that I likely missed the call entirely as it probably went straight to voicemail. If this happens again, I might have to reconsider my use of call divert altogether. In any case, steer clear of these chancers! I've already blocked the number on my mobile. That’s pretty much the best advice I have from myself and Virgin.

Received a bill for a staggering £100!

My daughter picked up some calls on her mobile here in the UK from this particular number, and she's been charged quite a bit-£3.67 and £21.40 to be exact! So, I did a bit of digging and stumbled upon a reverse phone lookup service. Has anyone else come across this? Oh, and there's also the number 09008 282128, which cost £3.00. Just curious if others have had a similar experience!
