I've ended up shelling out over £13 for a call that I never even made! British Gas knows full well what's happening, yet they're sitting on their hands doing absolutely nothing. It seems par for the course with one of the most incompetent companies in the UK. Time and again, I'm confronted by their shoddy systems and a complete absence of any meaningful customer service! Getting in touch with them is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
