3 yearsI rang this number to cancel my Trainline tickets and just got my phone bill - it’s ridiculous! I was only talking for about 7 minutes 6 seconds, and they charged me £25.15, proper daylight robbery. Looking at my O2 app, there’s an access fee of 65p per minute which I’m okay with, that’s about £4.50, but the rest of the charges make no sense and I haven’t got a clue how to find out more without spending even more. There was another number, 09015450841, I called for under 2 minutes and got charged over £6. The message from that call told me to ring the other number that ended up costing me £25.
